We know we do not always see everyone on a regular basis in the corporate office, but wanted to remind everyone that at its core, TRM is a company that promotes from within and tries to enable our staff members to try different aspects of the company and grow along a career path that is mutually beneficial for the company and the employee.

We have a number of divisions affording different opportunities, and always want to hear from staff that are interested in growing into a management role within TRM. In the changing world of healthcare and with shifting and growth of other staff members, there are often opportunities for growth into an Rehab Coordinator, second in command, or clinical role. Our wide variety of staff means we not only have a pool of exceptional therapists, but also a great deal of management, clinical, and other skills we would love to draw upon and help you develop.

If you are interested now or into the future in exploring these paths, please let Theresa Lewis, or your Regional Manager know.
