TRM is an experienced, therapist owned and managed provider of contract therapy throughout New England. TRM is a private, for profit company. The owners are committed to operating a fiscally sound organization that simultaneously rewards employees through competitive compensation benefits.

Integration
It is TRM's goal that our employees function as part of each client facility's team. Our employees are an integral part of the interdisciplinary team and actively participate in: care planning, MDS process, family conferences and home evaluations, program development and marketing, survey and JCAHO preparation, and CQI programs.

Innovation
TRM offers free analysis of a facility's present situation. TRM was a pioneer in an innovative, risk sharing approach to pricing rehabilitation services under Prospective Payment. We have several alternatives to pricing which have allowed our clients to operate successfully under the changing reimbursement of the Balanced Budget Amendment. Facilities of all sizes have benefited from our pricing arrangements and have realized that outsourcing the rehabilitation services to TRM is the logical cost effective approach. Developing innovative and flexible solutions for the delivery of rehabilitation, we service long-term care facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, acute care hospitals, acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics, home settings and schools.

Management
In addition to ownership that is both clinically and fiscally savvy, TRM employs several clinical supervisors (nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists) with expertise in many clinical areas. These supervisors are the direct link between the facility based clinicians and the corporate office. They provide daily clinical and management support to their assigned facilities. As a result, employees feel strongly connected to a network of peers and information that enhances everyone's performance.
